Adults:

  • Audition materials go live for download by mid-January

  • Online auditions accepted, but in-person auditions preferred

  • In-person auditions in Leavenworth Feb. 12-14

    • In-person audition appointments will be required. Those within 45 minutes of Leavenworth should book appointments for the evenings of Feb. 12-13. Details to come.

  • Dance call for all, Saturday afternoon, Feb. 14

  • Call backs, by invitation, Sunday, Feb. 15

  • Online auditions accepted Feb. 17-19. Video call backs by invitation. We do not accept audition videos outside of this window.

  • Offers out, via email, by mid-March


Auditions

Leavenworth Summer Theater is a non-union, pro-level musical theater company.
We welcome local, regional, and national talent.
We do not have any AEA contracts available at this time.
Stipends are offered to offset the cost of participation.
We do not provide housing, but can help with rental connections as needed.

Children, 17 and under:

  • Audition materials go live for download by mid-January

  • 17 and under, Sound of Music, von Trapp children, in-person auditions ONLY - Feb. 21 - in Leavenworth

  • Video auditions not accepted for those under 18

  • Offers out, via email, by mid March

  • Those 16 and over may audition for the Sound of Music roles of Liesl and Rolf, as well as the Bright Star ensemble. To do so, please book an adult audition and plan to attend the adult dance call on Feb. 14.
